Person-Centered Counselling

What most people are referring to when they use the term counselling. This approach is non-judgmental, confidential, and client-led, meaning you're free to use the session to talk about whatever you feel is important.

Length of sessions and duration.

Sessions normally last one hour. There is no maximum number of sessions, in most cases we will end when you feel the time is right.

Pricing

I offer counselling sessions at a rate of £40 per hour which includes the room cost.
