Therapeutic Approaches

I am trained in two different types of therapy, those being Person-Centred Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Each one has its strengths and weaknesses so it might be worth having a look at which one fits best for you!

30 minute introductory session

I offer a 30 minute introductory session, in person or over Zoom, completely free of charge to all clients on first contact. This isn't a counselling session. Its just a short meeting where you can ask questions and get a feel if online counselling is the right approach for you.

Times, Location and Fees

I offer sessions all day on Wednesday and Saturday at a discreet location in Preston and online. Prices vary depending on the approach delivered. (Student rates available see additional information page)
